Junior Chefs “Knife Skills”

JUNIOR CHEF CLASS: Ages 11-15

Come cook with Chef Selena, learn some new homemade hands on recipes and go home with a full tummy and recipe booklet to practice your skills!

This ticket includes ONE child (aged 11-15). Register Now!

Each Junior Chef will learn to prepare their own mini charcuterie boards, a noodle based stir fry & chocolate fondue. Please note in this class we will be using real knifes and learning safe skills in preparing our food.

When: Saturday January 11th: 4:30pm-7:00pm (2.5hour class)

Location: Portsmouth Olympic Harbor (2nd floor - there is elevator access)

Waiver’s will be sent to your email and must be completed and sent back to us BEFORE the 9th, failure to sign and send waiver back will result in the inability to participate in the class and NO REFUND will be offered.

This is a DROP OFF CLASS- Meaning the child will be dropped off by parent or guardian and picked up at 7:00pm sharp. Adults picking up child(ren) MUST show to verify who they are.

  • Recommended for ages 11-15 years old

  • We can accommodate some allergies and sensitivities but contamination is not preventable and it is at your own risk.

  • Waiver’s must be signed for EACH participant including the parent and sent back to us at least 1 week before the scheduled class

  • Elevator on site , if you need to use it please inform us.

  • Feel free to bring your own aprons and containers to take home some food! If not we have some for you!
