About Cravin' Owner & Operator

Selena, the Owner and Operator of Cravin’ loves being creative, loves the Arts, is a committed supporter of local farms, small businesses and is creative chef. She brings her in depth theatrical background and education in several prominent creative arts programs to her kitchen.

Starting in the Limestone District School Board LEAP program to University of Mississauga's/ Sheridan Theatre and Drama Studies program, Selena had an unexpected change in her career path. Selena found herself wanting to focus on culinary in Loyalist College Culinary Management Program.

"I found the similarities between the kitchen and the stage, the kitchen has now  become my stage, my customers are my audience who get to experience the taste of my art".

Selena's culinary career has involved many roles, “back of house”, collaborating with other chefs in a variety of venues, gelato manufacturer, private cook, baker, and cooking school coordinator.
