Soups can be frozen for up to 6 months for convenience.
Thaw:
In the fridge for 24–48 hours
Or in the microwave without the lid
Heat:
Pour contents into a medium-sized soup pot
Heat on medium, stirring often
Bring to a light rolling boil before serving
